Does CleanBizos handle the Cleaning Services Award?
Yes, as a starting template. Every business starts from the Cleaning Services Award 2020 template, and every rate can be edited. Check the rates against the Fair Work pay guide, and CleanBizos applies early and late, weekend, public holiday, overtime, part-time and casual loadings to every timesheet. Pay is labelled as an estimate until a manager confirms the rates.
Do my staff need to download an app?
No. CleanBizos opens in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. It works on iPhone and Android.
How does GPS clock-in work? Is it private?
Each site has a clock-in zone. When a cleaner clocks in or out, CleanBizos checks whether they’re inside it and flags it for review if not. Location is only read on the clock screen, never tracked during a shift.
Can I export to my payroll software?
Yes. Export a CSV with each person’s payroll ID, hours for each pay category and gross pay. It opens in Excel and can be imported into your payroll system.
